Steps to Enrollment
2. Schedule an Observation & Submit IEP
If you feel the school would be a good fit for your child, please email us a copy of your child's IEP and any evaluations that have been done. Then, we will schedule either an observation, at the child's current school, or schedule a "shadow hour" at Chrysalis Academy.
Once it is determined Chrysalis Academy would be a good fit for your child, we will have you secure your enrollment with a deposit which guarantees a spot for your child.
4. Complete Enrollment Packet
We will provide you with an enrollment packet and new student questionnaire to complete before your child starts.
5. Intake Meeting
Once we receive your enrollment packet and deposit, we will schedule a time for an intake meeting where you can meet your child's team.
